MegaDome® engineered fabric buildings by BuildWorks, are practical and very cost effective buildings which are engineered for strength and long term performance. They conform to the applicable building code, and are designed for local climatic conditions – including snow, wind, and seismic factors. Construction drawings are signed and sealed by a Professional Engineer and the buildings are fabricated by Harnois Industries Ltd., in Quebec, Canada – with over 40 years of design and manufacturing experience. Construction is performed by the qualified and experienced BuildWorks team, who also offers unparalleled support – including planning, budgeting, installation, and maintenance, for full service solution to our customers' building needs.

Wide clear-span construction and any length – BuildWorks offers MegaDome in widths starting at 30 ft., with clear-span widths available up to 125 ft wide. The most common structure width is 60, 70. or 80'. Lengths may vary from 50 ft up to 500 ft. or more.

Superior corrosion protection is achieved with top-quality silicon-bronze welding – which is standard for all MegaDome® structures. Optionally we offer hot-dipped galvanizing of the arch-truss frames for super long life applications.

Our ultra-durable Powershield® fabric membrane includes a 2-15 year warranty. Membranes are available in various color options, as well as with FR (fire-retardant) coatings.

MegaDomes® are the building system of choice for many unique and varied applications, including: general storage; waste handling and recycling; composting; bio-filters; equipment and fabrication shops; mining and marine applications; soil remediation; and general manufacturing.
 

Full-service construction is available to our customers for all MegaDome® projects.
